How you answer the questions below will help guide the needs and aesthetics most important to you. We are committed to finding you the right match. Once we complete our initial virtual curation, you will edit the frames down to a minimum of 4 and maximum of 16 which you’d like to receive to try on at home! There will be an additional deposit of $50 for each frame chosen for your selection, which will be applied directly to your final frame purchase.

Your frames will be on loan for up to 3 days from the delivery date to you. After the first 72 hours of receipt from day 3, the frames must be returned to us using the shipping label provided or another form of insured mail. There will be a daily 10% restocking fee of total retail cost of frames for each day beyond that. 

Eyewear must be returned in the same condition as provided as well as with cases and any other materials provided.

Damages will be charged to credit card provided unless otherwise indicated. Your CC will be used as a security deposit. Your deposit is non-refundable. Deposit will be applied directly to your final frame procurement.

If you aren’t loving any of the frames in the edit, we will work with you, based on your criteria to curate another selection until we get it right. We are committed to matching you with glasses you love, they work for your needs and you receive unsolicited compliments on a regular basis.
